Meditating in community at the beginning of the week can sets one’s compass for the days ahead. These informal weekly sessions are currently on hold but will resume in September.

Six Week Introduction to Mindfulness

This “deep dive” series introduces and deepens the ways that we can bring mindfulness into our own lives. Gain support and guidance for establishing a daily mindfulness practice. Learn a variety of mindfulness meditations and practical techniques for weaving mindfulness into daily life.

All-School Training:
Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning

Introducing school communities to principles and practices of mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning. The goal of this consultative work is to celebrate what the individuals in your community already do, to support shared inquiry and to introduce a range of practices, approaches and resources that can offer children, teachers and parents tools for resilience, ease, a sense of connection, care and wellbeing.

Mentoring Sessions for Kids and Families

One-on-one or family sessions with Liz and sometimes with visits from her dog, Rufus. These sessions utilize tools from the fields of mindfulness, yoga, social emotional learning and developmental psychology to help children (and families) find calm, build resilience, manage difficult emotions, stay focused and achieve goals. Session length is either 30 minutes or 1 hour.

1-1 Mindfulness Instruction for Adults

Individualized sessions to help you grow or deepen a mindfulness practice. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Nourishing Ourselves in Difficult Times

This 4 week series is specifically geared to teachers or parents within a school community. The demands on teachers and parents are huge right now. Settle in, restore, connect with each other and build skills for well-being, through reflection and guided meditation. Liz will send you gentle reminders during the week, and recordings of short guided practices.
